Delete your Bullseye Ballistics account

Bullseye Ballistics is developed by Core Bridge. An account is optional — the app works fully without one — and you can delete it at any time.

From inside the app

Open Settings → Account and backup → Delete account and confirm. The account and anything backed up to it are removed. If you signed in a while ago, Android may ask you to sign in again first; this is a safety check by the sign-in provider, not an extra step we added.

If you no longer have the app

Email appdevcorebridge@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your Bullseye Ballistics account. We will confirm once it is done. Requests are handled within 30 days and normally much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account itself — the email address, and the hashed password or the record of the Google account you used to sign in.
• Everything backed up to it: your rifles, loads, shot log, measured groups, matches, load-development records, barrel and cleaning records and settings, including the latitude and firing direction saved with each shot and load. Deletion is immediate and there is no recovery afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.

What is not deleted, and why

• The data on your phone. Deleting the account deliberately leaves your device untouched — you asked to remove the account, not to wipe the rifle you built. To remove the local copy as well, uninstall the app.
• Target photographs and audio are never uploaded in the first place, so there is nothing of them to delete on our side. Photos stay in the app's private storage on your phone, and no audio is ever recorded to a file. Your longitude is never stored at all.
• Your Google Play purchase is a record held by Google, not by us, and is unaffected. Deleting your Bullseye account does not refund or remove it, and you can keep using the app.
